Mission / Purpose: The B.R.I.D.G.E. Subcommittee, established under the RHS World Support Alliance (WSA), exists to promote interclub collaboration, support, and student empowerment at Ridgewood High School. This coalition of student organizations is rooted in the values of respect, inclusion, development, growth, and engagement, and is inspired by the WSA’s global mission and its organization that they support TEEEM (Empathy, Equality, Entrepreneurship, Empowerment).

B.R.I.D.G.E. functions as a strategic support alliance. Activating when clubs need collaboration, volunteers, guidance, or event partnerships. It aims to build a culture of mutual aid, shared goals, and youth-led leadership.
