
About the Event Coordination Department
The RHSWSA Event Coordination Department operates within the Administration Department and works closely with club leadership to plan, organize, and execute high-quality events that support the club’s mission, values, and community engagement.
Event Planning
Develops and schedules events aligned with organizational goals and member interests.
Logistics Management
Coordinates venues, vendors, staffing, scheduling, and transportation.
Budgeting & Resources
Manages event budgets and secures required materials and supplies.
Department Collaboration
Works with Public Relations and Volunteer teams to promote and staff events.
Event Execution
Oversees on-site event operations and resolves issues in real time.
Post-Event Review
Evaluates outcomes and implements improvements for future programming.
