About the Role
The Membership Committee Director oversees the recruitment, engagement, and retention of club members. They lead efforts to attract new members, facilitate membership registration, and ensure existing members are actively involved in club activities. Their role involves fostering a sense of community within the club and implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and participation.
Requirements
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate team efforts effectively.
Organizational Abilities: Capable of managing schedules, deadlines, and resources efficiently.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication both within the committee and with external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
Commitment: Must be able to meet on thursday and once a month on Monday
Team Player Mentality: Willingness to collaborate with other committee members and support their initiatives.
Knowledge of Club Goals: Understanding of the club's mission, vision, and objectives.
Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate challenges effectively.
