The Public Relations Department at RHSWSA is dedicated to enhancing our public image and engagement across various platforms. We use media relations, social media, and content creation to promote our message, connect with the community, and communicate our achievements and initiatives.

  • Media Relations: Building relationships with media, writing press releases, and tracking coverage.
  • Social Media: Creating content, engaging followers, and analyzing metrics.
  • Content Development: Crafting press materials, newsletters, and website content.
  • Brand Strategy: Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Community Engagement: Building relationships with community leaders and organizing events.
  • Crisis Communications: Handling sensitive issues and developing response strategies.
  • Internal Communication: Sharing updates and aligning messaging across teams.

The PR Department also oversees the following teams:
– Volunteer Department: Engaging volunteers as brand ambassadors.
– Committee Department: Supporting events and promoting initiatives.
